3 Account Registration

Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from hi555 are processed to bKash or Nagad accounts registered in the player's name. hi555 targets a 15-minute average processing time for standard withdrawals, though processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the hi555 payment page.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by hi555 support.
• hi555 does not charge withdrawal fees. Payment provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at the player's own request — the remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any applicable verification checks.
